KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! is an anime television series adapted from the light novel series of the same title past Natsume Akatsuki. The series follows the adventures of Kazuma Satō who, afterward he dies of a center attack after pushing a daughter out of the way of a truck, which turned out to be a tractor, is sent to an RPG-like world, going on various adventures alongside a goddess named Aqua, a magician named Megumin, and a knight named Darkness.

Produced by Studio Deen, the serial was directed by Takaomi Kanasaki and written by Makoto Uezu with graphic symbol designs by Koichi Kikuta.^[ane] Spanning two seasons, the series adapts the commencement iv volumes of the light novels, and was followed by a 2019 picture which adjusted the fifth.

The beginning season (adapting volumes one and two of the novels) was broadcast on Tokyo MX in Nihon from January fourteen through March 16, 2016^[two] and was simulcast by Crunchyroll and AnimeLab.^{[3] [4]}

The opening theme is "Fantastic Dreamer" by Machico while the ending theme is "Chīsana Bōken-sha" ( ちいさな冒険者 , lit."Petty Adventurer") performed by Sora Amamiya, Rie Takahashi, and Ai Kayano.^[v]

A 2nd season based on the tertiary and fourth volumes of the serial ran from January 11 to March sixteen, 2017. The second's season'due south opening theme is "Tomorrow" by Machico, and the ending theme is "Ouchi ni Kaeritai" past Amamiya, Takahashi, and Kayano.^[six]

An original video blitheness was arranged with the 9th lite novel of KonoSuba in June 2016,^[vii] and a second was released with the twelfth low-cal novel in July 2017.^[eight]
